Who we are

This website is operated by Munisa Resources (Pvt) Ltd, trading as Munisa Resources Group (“we”, “us”), 6 Chelmsford Road, Belgravia, Unit 11, Cecilia Business Centre, Harare, Zimbabwe. For any privacy question or request, email info@munisaresources.com.

What we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through the enquiry and meeting-request forms: your name, email address, and message, and optionally your company, country, and phone or WhatsApp number. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and route it to the right part of the group.
  • To arrange meetings and follow up on business opportunities you raise with us.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Enquiries may be shared within the group, including with Munisa Mines & Minerals, Kenmil Civil Infrastructure, and Terrafield Commodities, where your enquiry concerns them. We also use trusted service providers to run this website:

  • Brevo, to deliver form submissions to our inbox by email.
  • Vercel, to host the website.
  • Supabase, to store and serve our published news and investment listings. Visitors' personal information is not stored there.

These providers may process data outside Zimbabwe. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.

Third-party content

Some pages embed content from other services: a Google Maps view of our office, and a commodity price ticker from TradingView. When these load, those providers may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your rights

Under Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act and, where it applies to you, other data protection laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, you may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@munisaresources.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Questions are always welcome via our contact page.
